Helena is a barrister by training.  She is registered as Level 3 (OISC top level) immigration advisor and specialises in the more complex cases and appeal work.  She has a special interest in the effect of Human Rights legislation on immigration-related matters, and the right of residence of EEA nationals and their family members under EU law.

David qualified as a solicitor in 2001.  He commenced his immigration practice in the sector with the Immigration Advisory Service, and has continued practicing immigration law for over ten years. He is a level 2 OISC registered advisor and specialises in applications under the Points Based System, as well as commercial and private immigration matters.  David regularly assists businesses with applications for sponsorship licences and sponsorship certificates and confidently handles the most complex and challenging applications.  He constantly meets his clients' expectations, and his minute attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of the ever-changing rules ensure an outstanding rate of success.
