CJEU ruling in McCarthy v UK (C-434/09)

The Court of Justice of the European Union has held that Citizenship directive 2004/38 does not apply to a dual national Union citizen who has never exercised their right of free movement and has always resided in their country of origin.  Full text of the judgment
