CJEU ruling in Zambrano v ONEm C-34/09: parents of UK citizen children should not be denied the right to live and work in the UK

In a seminal judgment, the CJEU has interpreted Article 20 TFEU as precluding Member States from refusing third country nationals upon whom their minor children, nationals of the European Union, are dependent the right of residence and economic activity, as far as such refusal would amount to constructive expulsion of the EU national children from the European Union.  Full text of the judgment
