Online applications for Tier 2 and Tier 5 migrants will open on 14 February 2012

UKBA has announced that from 14 February 2012 Tier 2 and Tier 5 migrants will have the the option of applying for extension of stay online.  Application fee will have to be paid online at the time of submitting the application.  For postal applications, supporting documents will have to be sent to the relevant department within 15 business day of the application.  Those who apply for premium service will have to submit further documents on the day of biometric appointment.  We expect paper applications to continue to be accepted both for postal and premium service.
