Same Day Visa Service at PEO

If you need to extend you stay in the UK and cannot afford to part with your passport for more than a few days, same day visa service may be an option to consider. Some visa applications can be submitted for premium service to be processed by the Home Office within 24 hours.

As authorised legal representatives we are authorised to submit the visa application on your behalf. We will attend the Public Enquiry Office in person and will make sure the process as smooth and stress free for you as possible.  We are one of a few companies which have regular allocated slots at the PEO. We will make sure that your application is submitted with the full set of supporting documentation and will prepare a detailed cover letter explaining how your application meets the requirements of the immigration rules. This will facilitate the job of the decision maker in approving your application.

The following applications can be submitted for same day visa service:

• Applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK other than under the long residence rules (10 and 14 year rule applications can only be made by postal service);
  
  
• Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 4 applications for extension of stay, including applications for dependants;
  
  
• Application for extension of stay as the spouse or unmarried partner of a person settled in the UK if made in accordance with the immigration rules.
