• Initial consultation:
  we will advise you on the best immigration route to the UK on the basis of your specific circumstances.  We offer a fixed fee initial consultation where we advise you in confidence on the options available for you, the best strategy to achieve your aims, documentary requirements, and any potential legal issues.  You will be in a position to make an informed decision as to whether you need a lawyer to represent you, or should feel confident to do the work yourself.  The meeting normally takes place at our offices.  However, if you prefer a telephone or skype conference, this can be easily arranged.

• Document checking service:
  we will go through the package of your documents and advise you if anything is missing or not quite meeting the requirements of the Home Office guidelines.  It is very important that you submit the right documents with your application from the start, as your application may be refused for a trivial error leading to disproportionately harsh consequences.

• Representation in the dealings with the Home Office: 
  we can act as your formal representatives and submit any application on your behalf, either by postal service, or where accepted, in person to the Public enquiry office.  We will carry out all correspondence with the Home Office on your behalf, and will prepare a detailed cover letter with representations on the strengths of your case.

• Representation in court:
  we represent appellants in immigration appeals and bail applications.  We will draft the grounds of appeal, and prepare your bundle of documents and witness statements.  Where necessary we will instruct expert witnesses.  We will represent you in court at any level and will fight your case through to the end.
